Case Western Reserve University will be providing transportation from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on the following dates:

Please note that the “Lakefront Lines” bus should arrive at the airport approximately every 2 hours.   Their pick-up location is Exit #5 in the baggage claim area.  Please look for a sign for Case Western Reserve University and the bus outside.

Undergraduate Students will be dropped off at Wade Commons where their dormitory rooms will be assigned.

Graduate and Professional School Students will be brought to the Center for International Affairs in Tomlinson Hall.   We will have a secure room available where you can put luggage.   If you have made arrangements for temporary accommodations through one of our student organizations or the International Student Fellowship (ISF) program, your host should meet you in Tomlinson Hall.

PLEASE NOTE:  You MUST make arrangements for temporary accommodations BEFORE you arrive.  There are no temporary accommodations on campus, and there are very few hotels nearby.

If you are not able to arrive during the days and times when bus transportation will be provided, or if your flight is delayed and you arrive after the last bus for the day, we have negotiated the following rates at the hotels listed below. (When making a reservation, students should indicate they are Case Western Reserve University Students to ensure these rates.)
